Training key to Yang Taiji Quan
Yang-style derives from Chen-style Taiji of old frame. The speed is uniform and the movements are continuous which is different from the Chen-style Taiji, whose speed changes quickly. Yang-style action is simple and the movements are round. However, Chen-style action is complicated and includes obvious spiral movements; In the part of the combination of movements and breathing, the Yang style emphasizes abdominal breathing directly. But Chen style requires abdominal breathing in turn. Overall, Yang Taiji Quan is simpler and easier for the masses to accept.
