The theory of Yin-yang
As we know, great emphasis is placed to the theory of yin-yang and five elements (metal, wood, water, fire and earth). And the ancient Chinese believed that changes of the Yin and Yang are in the basic law of the universe. Chinese medicine stresses "yin and yang, which is also the base of heaven and earth, is of all things discipline." What’s more, the theory of yin-yang and five elements is absolutely at home point of view: yin and yang points are divided by the heaven and the nature. So we can argue the opinion that Ying and Yang not only can move in different ways, but also have the intersection of the heaven and the earth. With no doubt, this shows that traditional Chinese medicine and Taiji theory and the basic law of the universe in order to reveal views of the Chinese Spirit of WuShu.
We must keep in mind that Chinese medicine theory, stresses opposition of yin and yang, and yin and yang, exchange of each other, are used in these laws to explain the organizational structure of the human body, and physiological functions. Pathological changes, as well as with its guide clinical diagnosis and treatment are influenced by the theory of yin-yang and five elements.
It is known to all that the theory of yin-yang and five elements is based on Taiji Quan. Off course, The Taiji center photo shows the deduction, and the figure for the yin and yang, black and white respectively, and the respective properties. Then, the “S” line represents the boundary of yin and yang, and the changes and movements in the balance between them in the black-eyed, within white and black, represents the yang there is yin, and on the other hand, yin there positively is yang. In a word, its metaphor has an infinite divisibility of yin and yang.
In the Taiji movement, there are static and dynamic, open and close, hard and soft, yin and yang properties of the actual situation, and undoubtedly it has static and dynamic changes, opening and closing actual situation. We never fail to notice that the movement of hardness and softness, yin and yang, contributes to a positive impact on the development of the body.
